1. Nature of Our Services
Web3 Security Lab provides non-custodial, educational, and informational Web3 security guidance.
We help users understand risks, safely set up wallets, and avoid scams through screen-sharing guidance only.
We do not:
Request or access seed phrases
Request or access private keys
Request or access passwords, PINs, or recovery data
Take remote control of your device
Hold, manage, or store your assets
Execute transactions for you
Provide financial, investment, or tax advice
You remain fully and exclusively responsible for your wallet, your funds, and any actions you take during or after the session.
1.1 Scope and Limitations of the Free 15-Minute Chat
The "Free 15-Minute Chat" (hereinafter referred to as "the Chat") is provided as an introductory discussion only. By booking this session, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Nature of Service: The Chat constitutes a high-level educational discussion focused on general Web3 security principles, common risk factors, and potential security posture assessment based solely on verbal information provided by the Client.
Service Limitations: The Chat shall not include:
Technical analysis, security audits, or code review
Examination of devices, software, or configurations
Access to or review of private keys, seed phrases, or passwords
Real-time technical guidance or screen sharing
Implementation of security measures or configurations
No Professional Advice: The information provided during the Chat constitutes general educational material only and does not constitute financial advice or any form of guaranteed protection against security threats.
No Warranties: Web3 Security Lab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of any information discussed during the Chat, and shall not be liable for any decisions made by the Client based on this discussion.
Next Steps: Following the Chat, the Provider may recommend appropriate paid services based on the Client's described situation. The Client is under no obligation to purchase any recommended services.
1.2 Scope of "Priority Incident Response" (PIR) Service
The Priority Incident Response (PIR) service provides immediate expert guidance for active security incidents where you suspect your assets are at risk.
What We Deliver:
Priority Contact: We guarantee contact within <60 minutes during operating hours (Mon-Fri 14:00-22:00 UTC) to assess your situation and confirm the $240 service fee.
60-Minute Containment: One hour of dedicated expert guidance focused on securing your remaining funds, preventing further breaches, and analyzing what happened.
What You Understand & Agree To:
Service Scope: The $240 fee covers our expert time for diagnosis, containment guidance, and initial incident analysis—not a guaranteed outcome.
Realistic Expectations: If assets are already stolen, we focus on securing what remains and providing next-step guidance. Blockchain transactions are irreversible—we cannot guarantee fund recovery.
Your Safety First: This is guidance only. We never request seeds or private keys. You remain in control of all actions taken.
Inherent Limitations: Some situations cannot be resolved through guidance alone, including lost seed phrases or irreversible transactions.
1.3 Scope Limitation of the Urgent Check Service
The "Urgent Check" service is offered as a rapid, time-constrained diagnostic assessment designed to provide a quick verdict ("go/no-go") on a specific, immediate threat or decision before the Client takes action.
By booking this session, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following specific limitations:
**Priority Scheduling:** This service is placed in a **high-priority queue** and will be scheduled within the Consultant's next available time slot. While every effort is made to initiate contact within minutes, this service is subordinate to the **Priority Incident Response (PIR)** and does not carry a guaranteed maximum contact time.
Duration and Scope: The service is strictly limited to the 25-minute Priority Verification Session and the issuance of a preliminary safety verdict and explanation, based exclusively on the information (links, contract addresses, screenshots, or questions) provided verbally or visually by the Client during the session.
Diagnostic Only: This service is a limited diagnostic consultation and is not a substitute for the comprehensive security review provided by the Web3 Guardian Plan or the Priority Incident Response active containment service.
Service Conclusion: The service concludes immediately upon the delivery of the verbal and/or written verdict and the clear identification of the next steps.
Exclusion of Containment: The fee covers expert time and analysis, and does not include, under any circumstances, active containment, asset remediation, or execution of transactions (e.g., revoking permissions or moving funds). These actions are reserved for the Priority Incident Response service.
No Liability for Action: The Client remains solely responsible for any transaction, approval, or action taken after receiving the verdict. The guidance provided reflects an expert opinion based on available data at the time of the session, but does not guarantee the complete absence of risk or vulnerability.
1.4 Web3 Guardian Plan Terms
1.4.1 Service Description
The "Web3 Guardian Plan" ("the Plan") is a monthly subscription service designed for existing clients seeking ongoing, proactive Web3 security maintenance and support. It is a preventive service, not a substitute for separate, critical emergency resolution.
1.4.2 Specific Inclusions & Definitions
This clause details the offerings advertised for the Web3 Guardian Plan:
"Unlimited 'is this safe?' quick checks": This service provides asynchronous, text-based evaluations of URLs, transaction hashes, smart contract addresses, or other Web3 elements submitted by the Client. Each check includes a brief security assessment and clear "safe/unsafe" determination.
This service is designed for quick verifications and does not include:
Live screen-sharing sessions
In-depth technical analysis
On-chain transaction simulations
Financial or investment advice
*Response time for quick checks is within 4 hours during operating hours (Mon-Fri 14:00-22:00 UTC). Complex issues requiring deeper analysis may be addressed during the monthly consulting hours.*
"2h priority consulting per month": Refers to two (2) total hours of live, one-on-one consultation per calendar month. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month and are not convertible to monetary value.
"Proactive threat monitoring": We will monitor public threat intelligence relevant to your disclosed wallet addresses and alert you to widespread scams or vulnerabilities. *This is not a real-time, 24/7 active surveillance service.*
"Monthly wallet review": A high-level review of one (1) wallet's configuration and permissions, conducted once per month.
"Quarterly full device audit": One (1) comprehensive device security audit per calendar quarter, following the scope of our "Total Security Hardening" service.
1.4.3 Exclusions & Limitations
The Plan explicitly does not include:
Unlimited "Priority Incident Response" session time.
24/7 on-call support.
Guaranteed recovery of lost or stolen funds.
Resolution of issues that exceed the monthly 2-hour time allocation.
Financial, investment, or tax advice.
1.4.4 Eligibility
The Plan is available only to existing clients who have previously completed at least one standalone service session with Web3 Security Lab.
1.4.5 Billing and Renewal
The Plan is billed monthly in advance at the rate of $259 USD.
It will automatically renew on the same day each month until officially canceled by the user.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
1.4.6 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Plan at any time by contacting us at info@web3securitylab.pro
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Plan's benefits until the last day of your paid period.
1.4.7 Refund Policy
Due to the recurring nature of the service and allocated resources, subscription fees are non-refundable after the commencement of the billing cycle.
1.4.8 Plan Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the Plan's features, pricing, or these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
1.5 Session Priority and Interruption
The Client acknowledges that all scheduled live consultation sessions (including, but not limited to, the Free 15-Min Chat, Urgent Triage Check, Web3 Guardian monthly hours, and any multi-hour service) are subject to **immediate interruption** or necessary rescheduling due to the activation of a higher-priority **Priority Incident Response (PIR)**.
The PIR service takes absolute precedence over all scheduled, non-emergency consultations.
In the event of an interruption, the Consultant commits to:
* Transparently communicating the reason for the necessary pause.
* Rescheduling the remaining portion of the paid session at the earliest mutually convenient time.
* Ensuring the Client receives the full duration of their booked session time.
2. Non-Custodial Disclaimer
Web3 Security Lab is a non-custodial service.
At no point do we have access to your funds, wallets, accounts, or cryptocurrencies.
All actions performed during sessions are executed by you, on your own device, and under your exclusive control.
3. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice
All information provided is educational security guidance only.
Nothing we say should be interpreted as:
Financial advice
Investment recommendations
Legal instructions
Tax guidance
Trading signals
Endorsements of cryptocurrencies, products, or platforms
You acknowledge that all financial decisions you make are your own responsibility.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:
You will never share your seed phrase, private keys, or passwords with anyone — including us.
You are solely responsible for the security of your devices, network, and wallets.
You will follow all security instructions provided during the session, but results depend on your own implementation.
You will ensure your device and connection are safe before the session.
You will not use our services for illegal activities or to conceal wrongdoing.
You are at least 18 years old.
5. Screen Sharing & Safety
Our sessions may include screen sharing, but you choose what to share.
You agree to avoid displaying sensitive information such as:
Seed phrases
Passwords
Private keys
Exchange login screens
Banking information
We are not responsible for information you voluntarily reveal during a live session.
6. Remote Access
For safety reasons:
We do not take remote control of your computer or device.
You are the only one performing actions on your wallet, browser, or software.
Any tools we recommend are optional and manually installed by you.
7. Service Eligibility
You may only use the service if:
You are 18 years or older
You are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction
You use the service for legitimate purposes
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information
We may refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misinformation, or unsafe behavior.
8. Payments & Refund Policy
All prices are listed clearly on the website.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third parties such as Stripe or PayPal.
Refunds
Because the service involves expert time and immediate knowledge transfer, all completed sessions are non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered if:
You booked by mistake and did not receive the service
A scheduling issue caused the session to not take place
A technical issue on our side prevented delivery
We aim to be fair and transparent in all cases.
9. Risks & Limitations
Using Web3 or crypto carries inherent risks outside of our control, including:
Fraud, scams, and phishing
Wallet mismanagement
Malware or compromised devices
Smart contract vulnerabilities
Blockchain-based irreversible actions
While we provide best-practice guidance, we cannot guarantee complete prevention of all threats.
You acknowledge that:
You act at your own risk
Blockchain transactions are irreversible

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Loss of funds
Mistaken transactions
Device compromise
Hacks, exploits, or phishing incidents
Misinterpretation of guidance
Actions taken without our knowledge
Decisions you make based on information provided
Our service reduces risk but does not eliminate all threats.
Your use of Web3 Security Lab is entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.
